Cancellations by The Creative Canvas
In the unlikely event that The Creative Canvas must cancel an event, customers will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer their ticket to a future event.
Guests will be notified of cancellations via email from info@thecreativecanvas.co.uk, and this may be followed up by SMS or phone call if necessary.
Cancellations by Guests
The Creative Canvas is a small business and purchases supplies in advance of each event. For this reason, tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
Where possible, tickets may be transferred to another guest or to a future event at our discretion. All ticket sales are final.
Age Restrictions
Our events are primarily designed for adults aged 18+. Children under 18 may only attend if accompanied by an adult who holds a valid ticket.
Some venues may have their own age restrictions. We recommend checking with the venue directly if you have any concerns before booking.
Food and Drink
Food and drink are not included in the ticket price and must be purchased separately. Some venues offer food and drink for sale on-site. Guests may not bring their own food or drink into venues unless explicitly allowed by the venue.
Accessibility
The Creative Canvas hosts events at a variety of venues and aims to choose locations that are inclusive and accessible.
If you have specific access requirements, we recommend checking with the venue directly before making a booking.
Health & Safety
Participants attend events at their own risk. Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or additional needs prior to the event.
The Creative Canvas reserves the right to refuse participation if health and safety may be compromised.
Liability
The Creative Canvas accepts no responsibility for personal belongings lost or damaged during events. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Photography & Marketing
Photographs or videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any marketing materials, please notify us prior to the event.
Changes to Events
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event details, including venue, timing, or materials, where necessary.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
