Q: What is included in the cost of the session?
A: Everything you need for a fun and creative experience! Your ticket includes your completed canvas to take home, paints, brushes, palette, easel, and apron. I’ll guide you through the painting step by step, so no matter your skill level, you’ll create a piece you can be proud of.
Q: What happens if I can’t make it?
A: As a small business, we purchase supplies in advance for each event. For this reason, tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. Where possible, we may allow ticket transfers to another guest or a future event at our discretion—please contact us as soon as you know you won’t be able to attend.
Q: How long are the sessions?
A: Each session lasts around two hours. We recommend arriving a little early to settle in and grab a drink from the bar. During the session, there may be a couple of short breaks to refresh your palette, stretch your legs, and admire the creations of your fellow artists.
Q: What should I wear?
A: We provide an apron to protect your clothes, but we recommend wearing something you don’t mind getting paint on. We use acrylic paints, which are water-soluble while wet but very difficult to remove once dry.
Q: I’m not very creative – will I be able to paint?
A: Absolutely! Our sessions are designed for people of all skill levels, including those with little or no experience. I’ll guide you step by step through the painting, ensuring you leave with a completed work of art. If you’re more experienced, you’re welcome to add your own creative touches along the way!
Q: Do I need to bring anything?
A: No, all materials are provided - paints, brushes, easels, aprons, and your canvas. Just bring yourself and your creativity!
Q: Can I bring friends or book a private group?
A: Yes! We offer private parties and group bookings. Contact us to discuss your event, and we’ll tailor it to your group.
Q: Can I book a session as a gift?
A: Absolutely! Gift vouchers are available and make a perfect present for birthdays, hen parties, or special occasions.
Q: Is food or drink included?
A: Unless advertised as such, food and drink are not included in the ticket price but are available at some venues. Check with the venue or arrive early to grab a drink.
Q: Are the sessions suitable for children?
A: Most sessions are for adults 18+. Children may attend only if accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket. Contact me if you have any further questions.
Q: What happens if it’s cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances?
A: If we need to cancel, you’ll be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to another event.
Q: How early should I arrive?
